AADC partners with Malaysia government agencies, China state-owned enterprises (SOEs), China government-linked industry associations, businesses, and investors to promote opportunities in agriculture, food security, the halal ecosystem, and cross-border trade between Malaysia, China, and the wider ASEAN region.

In addition to facilitating business matching and strategic partnerships, AADC is developing a digital platform to enhance cross-border business connectivity and halal market access. AADC is also building an integrated supply chain ecosystem at its industrial park in Tapah, within the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER), providing investment facilitation, supply chain integration, manufacturing, distribution, and market access to support sustainable business growth.
